Rates

Deposit Rates

Interest accrues daily. A penalty will be imposed for early withdrawal. Dividends will be paid quarterly unless otherwise notified. 1 Dividend paid at maturity. Rates may change without notice.

1.)APR= Annual Percentage Rate.  All advertised rates are based on discounts applied with a credit score 680 or above. Discounts 1) .50% discount for automatic loan payments, E-Statements and one additional account relationship with the credit union. Discount 2) .50% discount for direct deposit $1,000 over any loan payments.  Actual Rate will vary based on creditworthiness.  Add 1% to the advertised rate if the borrower does not have Discount 1 and discount 2.

2.) To calculate estimated payment per $1000. Divide the loan amount by 1,000 (for a $10,000 loan / 1000 = 10). Multiply that amount by the payment per $1000 amount disclosed. Payment is based on rate shown. All rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Actual payments may be higher due to taxes or insurance and if included the payments will be higher. Rates are subject to change at any time.

3.) All vehicle and recreational loans will require insurance coverage. If the insurance is not maintained the credit union may purchase coverage to protect the credit union and the borrower will reimburse the credit union.

4.) Available on Owner-Occupied properties with a maximum of 4 units. Property Insurance is required in an amount to cover replacement cost of the dwelling.

6.) Additional rates and terms are available. Rate is locked for 12 months, then set at Prime or 4.00% APR, whichever is higher. Rate is subject to change after 12 months from closing date, and thereafter on the 15th of every month after the effective date of any change in the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. Maximum rate 18%. Minimum credit line is $5,000. Homeowners insurance required. Rates and terms subject to change. Appraisal cost of $150 to $400. Existing Enterprise Credit Union HELOCs do not qualify for the introductory rate. Special rate offer may not be used more than one time per member or per address. Other terms and conditions may apply, please call for details. This HELOC special is limited to 25% cash out and is intended for refinancing and consolidating current debt held at other institutions. Promotion may end at any time. Payment is $84.62 per $1,000 borrowed at floor rate.
